Whats the point of having catted at all? I hear it doesnt pass smog check anyway... is this true?

As long as it's not a sniffer test and your car doesn't have a CEL on and readiness is okay your car should pass.

As long as it's not a sniffer test and your car doesn't have a CEL on and readiness is okay your car should pass.

Catless you can expect 30-40 whp and tq on average. With catted you can expect 10-15 less whp and tq gains.

Catless will have more volume but that is hard to quantify.

We usually tell our customer that if they can't stand the smell of catless, go with the high-flow catted pipes. If the smell is no issue, go with the catless for max hp and tq gains.
