I would think so. They have no reason to lower the price, as that would give people more reason to buy the 335i over the M3 which they do not want....IMO

As crazy as it may seem, your question could very likely best be answered on eBay. It is very reflective of true market forces. Unless the seller is crazy, you wont find prices like you would on kbb.com, where 14 mos. later a 335 is only $3k less than the selling price for trade-in, and close to list for retail.

thanks man. Nope no turbo version here, couldn't justify it as a DD (i would be tempted to use the power all the time) and plus im saving for a fast roadster type weekend car.

There is no doubt that it will affect the 335i prices somehow, since a good number of the 335i owners will trade-in their car for the M3. The question is how many people will do that? Maybe a lot, maybe a little. Only time will tell.
