Winter wipers. I have OEM wipers and brand new covers when it's not snowing a foot every weekend. I stay classy, Ron Burgundy style.

They're just regular wipers I use in the winter from pep boys. Ice tends to mess the wiper blades up, so I use new cheap ones every winter.

To me it looks like the driver intentionally made the car look like that, knowing it looks ridiculous. There's a difference between this, and people who add sticker vents, and pep boys stick on hood tumors IMO.
