HELP!!! Need some insight!

I have a few questions that I need answered so I can figure out how I will go about leasing my 335i.

1. Sport Package: Is this really worth the extra $1000 (invoice) if I plan to immediately swap out the wheels? I don't care about the speed limiter. I wouldn't mind the sport seats but not for $1000. I guess what would make the difference is, does the standard equipment come with staggered wheels like the sport package? Does the standard equipment come with the same suspension as the sport package? If there is more to the sport package then the seats, limiter, and wheels than I would consider it.

2. Moca/Training: I read somewhere that this is already part of the invoice pricing, it's not in addition. Is this true? My CA is adding it on to the final price. (see below)

3. Scenario: I'm trying to lease based on 36 months @ 10,000 miles and my CA started me out at 1,000 over invoice. These are the numbers he gave me.

MSRP ---------- INVOICE

$40,800 ---------- $37,535
N/C -----4AP ALUM----- N/C
$ 475 -----Met. Paint----- $430
$ 1,450 -----l/c leather ----- $1,320
$ 2,100 -----609 Nav.----- $1,910
$ 1,100 ----- ZSP sport ----- $1,000 (add $910 for R19ks)
$ 775 ----- Dest. ----- $775
$ 600 -----Moca/train----- $600
-------------------- $ 1,000 dlr profit
TOTAL
$47,360 --------------- $44,570

As you can see $1000 over invoice. The monthly payment seems high to me. Based on a little over $2000 down including taxes the monthly payment comes out to around $710 or was it $770??? What do you guys think??? Not sure what money factor he was using. What figure should he be using?

Any help would be great. I'm just highly analytical and would like to figure this all out before committing. Thanks!

I don't think they are making 1000 in profit, that's just what he emailed me. I'm sure that's what he put there in reference to the invoice price plus $1000.

You have any additional insight on the rest of my questions? I'd appreciate it.

sports package is a must imo. even if it's for just the seats, i think it's worth it. the spots seats "hug" you a lot better and let's you enjoy your "ultimate driving machine" that much more.

Sport package also comes with a sport steering wheel. The suspension on the sport and non sport do differ. Non-sport cars do not have a staggered setup.

Are you positive it comes a different steering wheel?
According to pg. 10 listed under Interior Seating in this guide
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18057
it seems like the same standard steering wheel.

Same goes for the suspension. Pg. 10 in the same guide listed under handling, ride, and braking, it says "sport suspension calibration" as standard.

It also doesn't mention any of this under sport package.

The only conflicting info i have is regarding the staggered wheels.
On that same guide, listed under exterior it seems like the standard wheels are not staggered. But according to the tech comparison sheet here:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17829

It seems like the standard wheels come staggered
225/45/17 front
255/40/17 rear

ANYONE ANYONE?????

The Suspension and the Steering wheel are the Same. The only thing different about the Sport Package is the 18 sports wheels and Sport Seats.
Sport Package is a Must!!.

Re: the sport steering wheel and the sport suspension. It depends on whether its the coupe or the sedan. They are standard in the coupe but not in the sedan (sport pakg needed).
