Exclamation BMW Loaner ?

If you get a parking ticket on the loaner, do you have to pay it or will it go unnoticed? Also, do you return it with a full tank of gas or not?

You have to pay the ticket. The dealership has a record of who they loaned out the car to. At the very least, not paying will affect your credibility next time you go there.

I'm usually required to give the loaner back with the same level of gas that it had when I took it from the dealer.

Yeah, they'll find you alright... I had a rental car one time that I let a friend borrow to go to a ball game... Apparently he decided to park in some alleyway illegally... About 2 months later, I got this nice parking ticket in the mail for $180!!

I see, will they charge you if you return the tank with 1/4 tank.

I've noticed that when I pull the loaner car into the dealership for picking up my own, even before the SA comes out, a mechanic gets in and drives off. So I'm not sure about them checking the gas level. You might be off the hook.

When you returned the car, do you know if your SA checked the fuel gauge?

Same thing goes for toll violations, etc. This is common sense kind of stuff.
