LOL. So I've heard the same..however they DO give good deals on cars. Their service is typically questionable according to others. I haven't personally visited them for service but I know enough from others to steer clear of them.

If you're still in the market, ask for Robert T. at McKenna BMW. Dude's dad is the finance director at the dealership...

I agree with Valencia Bmw. Best SoCal dealer both customer service and pricing.
I recommend first getting a quote through a leasing auto broker. Then take it to Valencia- their automation savings discount usually beats it. Go see Sean Crawford- great guy.

Could someone direct me to this pricing thread he mentions? I can't seem to find it but it sounds like it would be a pretty useful tool |

i think price doesnt matter sometimes, it would of been nice to receive a discount for me. my dealership was horrible and still is. i had to bargain for msrp, received it as long as i purchased two of the dealership service. they lied about ED and performance center delivery, i still havent received my plates and ive had to go in three times already. they always just tell me they will work on it, yet never do. i have no problem calling BMW NA on dealerships like this.

Whenever these threads pop up, I like to give a plug for Scott Smith at Rusnak BMW in Westlake/Thousand Oaks. He's one of the nicest sales guys you'll ever deal with. Sold me my first BMW in 1998 and he's still there. I've bought several others from him since then.
Like everyone says... it's all about the relationship of the person you are dealing with. Scott is one of the best. |

I've had nothing but good experiences with Crevier. There are some very mod-friendly SA's there, but I've also heard otherwise as well.
If your intent is to find a mod-friendly dealer/SA, my advice would be to check around with some of the larger aftermarket suppliers in your area (ie. EAS, Supreme, Trinity in SoCal OC) and get advice on which SA at which dealer they would recommend. |

I'm just referencing my experience with Crevier, since I'm in OC. Like I said...there are mixed reports with them. |
