Headlight repair

Does anybody know of a shop that can fix headlights? I mean opening them up, sealing, fixing them here in Houston?

I don't know who can, bit I'll tell you to avoid TJ Obeid.

Idk anyone local, I had my headlights done at OSS designs in Miami though. Very reputable
