M performance exhaust & exhaust tips

For those who ordered the M performance exhaust with your built, curious to know if you were charged with installation cost? The price I was quoted for came up higher than BMW online store. Especially the exhaust tips.

I don't know for the USA but here in Canada when you order the MPE at $3,500 with the car there are no installation cost added. I've ordered it.

For MY16 you need to add installation cost.
For MY17, it is an option (like the M4) and no installation cost added.

I thought the whole advantage to having a port-install was that you didn't have to pay for labor?
