The turbos are the easy part, someone needs to make an aftermarket exhaust manifold for our cars to BOLT larger frame turbos onto* Stock framers will choke up top anything too much past 700WHP, we simply need larger turbines than stock-frame turbo sizes allow for...

I understand.. but TPG is the only one who made a custom manifold to accommodate a top mounted T4. it would be easier for them to custom make those for people who want to upgrade there turbos with one big one.. i mean we have BM3 so it should be easy with the supporting mods of fuel and cooling of course

The N55 manifold is for a single turbo. I'm not sure if anyone has made the F8X electronics work with a single turbo.

You guys can make a new thread to discuss single turbo. Single turbo is not ideal on S55. It would require the O2 sensors to be installed upstream of the turbo, in the manifold, to maintain the bank to bank fuel trimming. Which is critical. Yet the O2 sensors in the back pressure of the manifold, introduces a bias, and skews the AFR value (see N54 single turbos). Also causes O2 sensor premature failure. It can work, but it's not the "right" way, nor a clean way to do it.

Anyways, another S55 PURE result popped up over the weekend. 647whp on stock fuel system. Details will be posted soon!
