MHD Flasher for N54 incompatible?

Trying to do a tablet set up for my car but this error comes up when I try and download it for my tablet. Is there any other way to get it downloaded onto my tablet without Google Play? I have an Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Can't upload the photo;basically says that this all is for phones and that my device isn't compatible.
