Weird high pitch sound

I just took delivery of a new 328i, however I have noticed that after parking the car and locking it or when unlocking it, there is a high pitched sound coming from the car, it stops after about 10mins or when I start the car.

Anyone else had this problem, assuming it is a problem.

I get the same sound also. I can hear it the best in my garage. I believe it is the car's electronics. Not sure though.
