Rotational speaking sound

went to a mall and to the covered parking and i noticed that there was a squeaking sound coming from somewhere when the car is moving, when i applied the brakes the sound went away. it is not constant but goes on and off and the intervals go faster when the car moves faster. cant really tell if its the wheels, after coming out from the covered parking then i can't hear so it is not that noticeable. any ideas?

I don't believe there is a known fix.

Okay, never mind. Definitely read the other thread linked above. I was wondering what the "speaking" sound might be.
