Blower Explosion - Do they replace the speed controller too?
My wife complained that her a/c stopped working. I'd gotten it going last year with some lube from above but saw Vehicular DIY's video on pulling the blower to lube both ends so thought I'd try it. The main connector was crunchy coming out but otherwise removal was uneventful.
But looking at the speed controller it was obviously burnt and looked like a pin was missing. It was. The plug and speed controller fused and pulled the rightmost pin.  Does anyone know if the current "fix" includes replacing the speed controller (or whatever the white thing is officially called). I dont want them charging me one billion dollars to replace it. Thanks!
