Trying to locate the source for noise

Hi all,
I have 2011 BMW E93 335i.
I recently installed Dinan mufflers and as soon as I installed them (by a shop) I started hearing this weird noise.
I went back to muffler shop twice and he could not verify anything wrong. Nothing is loose or hanging down there.
I went to my mechanic two times and each time lifted the car and nothing suspicious.

We changed front brakes and disks they were due but nothing.
I hear this on a slight bumpy road at lower speeds.
