Ive done a similar conversion on an E82, but instead of the "cut and paste" way that you guys did, I spliced the two systems, had CAN interception, etc. The way you did it is far cleaner, and I can fully appreciate the time, effort and overall quality of that build. Did you take any more pictures of the work-in-progress? I subscribed to your Insta.

False. This is an even far heavier motor than those. We know that even swapping an S55 into an N5 M2 adds 130 lbs when installed properly. I've driven an E30 like this that had both an S52, then S54 and then an S65 in it. During the swap to S54 the owner even had it and then the S65 set back into the firewall and sorry; there IS a point at which too much weight on the nose does change the handling of the car, and that is quoting the owner of such a project. |

Spring rates. Mines swapped with a
Euro 3.2 and a six speed - all Properly lowered and positioned thru firewall. Drives fantastic. Zero complaints.
