Anyone replaced window edge seal?

So being locked in has triggered my OCD and Ive started replacing seals and being amazed at how loud my car was without knowing it.

Im down to the last thing at this point. The seals around the windows. The rears seem fine but the front ones creak a bit in their frames when closed (it stops if I move them down just a mm)

Looking in there it looks like its got some flocking on the inside of the rail that has just been rubbed down.

Im thinking its these parts but man those prices are suspiciously cheap for a BMW (it looks like the trim and guide rails are all one part):

03 Window guide, left front door 1 51337060241 $69.20
03 Window guide, right front door 1 51337060242 $69.20

Has anyone run across this and done it? It sure seems like after doing my sunroof, hatch, and door seals this would be the last thing to make the car tight as a drum.

The rubber on my e92 for the upper passenger side was not as firm as on the drivers side. It made more noise above 70. I replaced it with an ebay pull out for 40$ and it was much better.. Just roll down the window and press on the drivers side and then on the side that has more noise. IF it seems softer you prob have the same issue I did. The rubber is not always completely solid in some smaller gaps and will be more likely to cause noise.
