ABS Pump Parts
I wonder if anyone knows, or can measure for me, please...
What are the dimensions of the abs pump motor brushes? And the bearing which is nearest the module/valve block? Preferably a code for the bearing, in case it needs C3, etc. The module in question is: (Picture taken last time I had it out) |

Just in case someone else needs the info...
I bought an overpriced unofficial service kit from eBay UK for the brushes. It came with a bearing and brushes... The bearing is a Dunlop branded 6000-2RS; 10 inside, 26 outside, 8mm thick, 2 rubber seals. I doubt the brand is important beyond getting a reasonable bearing. The brushes are 5x5x12mm, with the wire at the side (back shunted). Apparently they are made from more stern stuff than average - I think a copper-based compound. Apparently the L5-5H here is also correct; http://www.carbonbrush.com/backshunted.htm |
