Replacing interior trim......

Dash, console and door trim snap in an out?

Or does it involve complicated removal of console and door panels as well as some dash pieces.

My saddle leather (I think) came with poplar wood which I can live with but based on ease to replace I might consider alternatives.

Thank you for your replies......
