noise from rear view outside mirror

I ordered a new 2011 328 i and was given a loaner 2011 328 1 until mine came in the next day. I noticed a high pitched sound from the mirror when the window was down and driving excess of 20 mph. When I drove my new one the next day the same thing happened. Has anyone heard of any issues like this? If so, what is BMW planning on taking care of the problem?

thats funny because I have this same exact wind noise. Makes a noticeable whistle kind of noise at highway speed with the windows down. Mine is coming from the driverside side mirror. Weird but I'm not sure whats causing it just yet.
