Tension strut w/ hydraulic mount diy?
That's what Realoem calls it, I would call it a lower control arm w/ hydraulic bushing.
Has anyone done this ? Go a step by step?

There are two arms in the lower suspension. The tension strut is the one that comes off the front crossmember back to the steering knuckle. To remove, just lift the car, remove the nut from the balljoint side (you can hold the stem w a torx), then remove the bolt on the crossmember. It wil almost fall out one the nut and bolt is removed.
