Check engine codes

I am getting these code almost every 2 weeks or so. First time I cleared them but getting a little concerned now.

3100 - Low boost mode engaged - CEL displayed
29E1 - Fuel mixture control 2
2A87 - Outlet-Vanos variable cam control test, mechanics.

Mods: JB4 on Map 5, Borla mufflers, 3 gallons of E85 with 91 octane.
