BMW Assist
I usually put my 335xi over 110mph at times. Would the system tell BMW, when it sends them info about the car that I've been driving that speed and get me in trouble with the law or not warrant my car in the future due to this kind of driving.

No it wont void your warranty, geez...
Also, who's to say you didn't drive it 110mph on a airstrip or whatever?

Well, they know since it has a GPS installed and they know where my car is at all times. That's why I'm asking these questions.

They build the car to go up to 130 (or with ZSP 155) and then they're going to void your warranty for doing it? I don't think so. But don't over-rev. That will cost you.

Just like someone else said, these cars were made to go fast. Have fun and enjoy your car at 110+ mph! Just be safe out there.

I was doing 70 in a 65 zone the other day and the SOS button started blinking. The BMW Assist lady came on and said to take the car immediately to the nearest dealer and hand over the keys. :sad0147:

In any case, you don't want to over rev your car anyway. I didn't go pass 5000 rpm in the first 6 months (breaking into the car) |

My question is I don't want to bring in the car for repair if a cylinder or values are shot cause of high revs or constant high speed, and they say they cant repair it becuase they knew what I did with the car.

I'll bet you're one of those people that blows past me on the highway (while I comfortably have my cruise control on) and then while in front of me, slows way down in the EZPass express lane... GOD I hate that!!
The EZ Pass transponders do not alert the cops if you're going fast, and neither does BMW Assist. I hope that when you are driving 110 you have plenty of open road around you.

I don't know about your neck of the woods but I'm fairly certain several of the toll collecting entites in the NY tri-state area measure speed and that people have gotten citations for going too fast thru a toll lane.
