nicknaz is right. The negotiated price on a lease means nothing. The buyout is based on the residual and with the high M3 residuals, it's not a great deal. Now you can always negotiate for a lower buyout, but you are unlikely to get a great deal. You are better off riding out the lease and doing another ED with financing next time if you plan on keeping the car. You could also turn the car in and buy another used M3 at the time.
