Thanks for posting this Ghetto!
I did not want the executive package, but wanted comfort access....win! I was ordering HK anyhow. Plus really cool LED tail lights too boot. This is really great news! Now I just need to confirm price and if the orange interior is still an option.

This is nice to see. Comfort Access was one of the things I wanted most but didn't want to shell out 4300 bucks. Now get me some back up sensors or a camera in a standard or separate package and I'm a happy camper.

I was hoping to back up camera to be standard equipment too, but looks like we still have to fork out 4300 for it lol..

They could wait until 2018 though, that would seem a bit silly but who knows. |

I also really wanted CA, but I've been fine without it. With the keyless start, it's just really the keyless entry, and I can open the car without taking the key out of my pocket anyways. HK would have been OK, but I prefer not having it, as it's harder to upgrade. The faster iDrive / Nav is nice. It won't be long before they have to make rear view cam standard.
However, given they will likely hike up the price to reflect these "standard" features, I'd rather have the freedom to choose. |

I think it would be ridiculous if they still charge the same amount for the LED headlights seeing as the 340i will get them std and have an option for the adaptive LED. Even more so since the US market cant even get adaptive LED coded from the factory.
I also thought that in the US, backup cameras were suppose to be std on 2016 cars? Maybe std on cars being produced starting 1/2016? With the sliding cup holder cover, i hope there is still a 12V socket since thats where i plug in my radar detector. I dont want an integrated system, and we cant hardwire to the sunroof with the CF roof. |

Since Navigation units are just plug in modules in the trunk usually, I wonder if it would be possible to upgrade to a new one with a simple plug and play?

NBT nav unit is behind the center console. No doubt it could be done, but I'm sure you'd be looking at $2k just in parts cost.
