I wouldn't put 10k down. Just pay max MSDs and fees. Use the 10k to offset monthly payments or save/invest/spend it on something else.

I get 715.88 w/o any money down and max MSDs.
433.31 with 10k down

Something doesn't add up but it may just be taxes that I didn't factor in.

You need to get the MF and residual. Residual should be 65%

The amount of the deposit is a negotiable item. Keep in mind that the request for a deposit likely has more to do with ordering a custom-configured car than it does where you are picking it up. At the end of the day, the car is the dealer's problem if you change your mind or cannot get adequate financing arranged. My deposit was only $1K, but I had other dealers tell me it would be $1,500 or $2K. Given that I am ordering an AY M3 with MT (let alone SO interior), I am surprised they didn't ask for more since manuals do not tend to move off the lots that quickly.

With ED it should be .00159 before MSD and .00110 after

The payment that i am paying now is base on 0.0016 mf...

Didn't want to thread crap on your deal. I think you negotiated a pretty good selling price.

The MF should be lower per Jasnh. What did the payments come out to after recalculation?

Haha, i am already planning to do round 2 for my wife's car even though i didn't even know my round 1 is good or not.

She is a little toward SUV but i told her just get a 535i, then we can go again lol!!

Just an fyi so you don't freak out later but BMW will add 0.0003 to your MF automatically with ED. Dealer has no control over it. Base rate for ED this month is 0.00159

You can buy the rate down with MSDs, but that's your call.

hmmmm, my guy told me yesterday he sold out all his MY15 M3/4 with 2 waiting list..
So your best bet will be MY16, but he said he didn't anything about LCI but ZCP will be most likely available for MY16!!
