I want to close the deal by the end of the month. Also, unsure if I should build and price an M3 as well. I am pretty much 50/50 on M3 vs M4. Payment would obviously be less on a sedan.

Those numbers check out.

Just in the change in residual (assuming MSRP was the same) from the m4 to the m3, you shed 70$ off your monthly. Probably 80-90$ once you factor in the lower msrp.

The selling price is good, you could maybe do another 500$ but at this point isn't worth it?

Insurance is likely to be less as well.

I am definitely going to look at the M3 as well, that 66% residual is a deal for sure!!
