Backstory

Hey guys, fellow member from Long Island here. The past (almost) five years I've been driving a 2011 335xi M-Sport but always had my eyes on the M3 since I was a teenager. Fortunately, I've been able to make my dreams come true and have managed to lock an order on a fully loaded AY M4. The original specs are listed below:

- 19" black wheels

- Enhanced Bluetooth
- Concierge services (I didn't order this)

Backstory Cont.

Because I didn't want to wait the 2-3 months for delivery of the car, I went into the dealership hoping someone somewhere would have the exact same specs I wanted in the car...and luckily there was! I ordered the car through Peter@RallyeBMW who also goes by @PJD_F80 on the forums and I recommend anyone in the Long Island area to go to him if ever interested in buying a new car. Peter is by far, the most down to earth and cut through the bullshit guy to deal with. Peter was able to acquire the vehicle from the original dealership that bought the car without any trouble

The car is currently getting prepped and I'm supposed to pick up the car hopefully on Friday. I'm sorry for the crappy iPhone pics, I'm actually a semi-pro photographer but sold my two dSLRs in anticipation for the new Canon 5Ds r in June. I may have to rent a 5DIII this weekend to do this beautiful car justice. Might I add... I still haven't driven one! So excited to see what the difference will be like between the 335xi. I've attached pictures of the M4 pre-prep. I hope to update this thread again when I have the new car in my garage.

As far as modification go, my 335xi was FBO + Meth but only made a teensy 370 whp... N5FAIL. I already have the JB4, ER Downpipes, and my old meth kit which I plan to install on the M4 as soon as the break-in period is over. Exterior wise, I already have the iND painted reflectors + gloss black grilles w/painted M stripes. The OEM M-Performance spoiler, splitters, and front lip are to be installed during the vehicle prep.

Delivery 04/14/15

Finally picked up my car today! Already drove the car about 20 miles in, and I can feel the substantial difference between my M4 and my 335i. I just wanted to give a shoutout to @PJD_F80 again for the amazing deal and for the amazing customer service. Rallye BMW is awesome! Apparently I'm the first Austin Yellow M4 they've ever sold too.. so that made me feel a bit special too haha. Here are some crappy phone pics..

Anyway, the M is different from a 335 in every single way (I've also had a e92 335xi) and you will love it. It's in a different league for sure…enjoy!
