Looking to get out of my F80 M3 to pick up a ZCP f8x. I have not seen a cheaper payment with very little money down up front, so I expect it to move quickly. I picked this lease up from another forum member last year when he bought an i8.

I'll add some interior photos this evening.

Specs are as follow:

- 2015 F80 M3
- Current Mileage: 25k
- Contracted for 12k miles/year -- 11k miles over the next 9 months
- Mineral White on Black
- Full Leather
- 6 Speed Manual Transmission
- 19" Black 437M's with PSS (just replaced last summer)
- Fully coded (including Satellite Radio)
- Extras include: m performance shifter w/ Alcantara boot, 35% tints, stainless steel pedals, IND painted reflectors, & more.
- Payment: $679/Month including tax (I'm in Connecticut).
- Lease maturation: 3/30/18
- Current Residual: $50,219
- Lease End Residual: $42,672.50

Looking for $1000 up front, plus Buyer will pay the $500 transfer fee.

Please stop messaging me asking if I'm willing to "make you a deal" or "waive the up-front money". I don't particularly care if you're interested "without the up front layout". They are non-negotiable. You will not find a cheaper monthly payment with someone asking for less up front. Most people are looking for $3-5k+.

- sticker or options list
- current residual
- residual at lease end
- first owner? if not, number of owners

keep it moving then. $1k is reimbursement for things like tints, coding, painted reflectors, etc that will come with the car. Most people on here are asking $3k+, dealer fees will be even more.

Standard practice is that buyer always pays transfer fee. Why would I ever pay for you to get into a car I'm not in a rush to get rid of?

So, with 9 months on the lease at a payment of $679 plus $1,500 and the $300 return fee. That averages out to be about $879.67 per month, correct?

I've seen your similar posts on other people's lease assumption threads for M4/M2's. I've also seen your threads looking for "someone who put a ton of money down on a car and needs to get out of it". That's not me, so keep looking elsewhere. If you don't like what I'm asking, don't take the car. I have a number of interested parties who don't have issues with my numbers.

I'd guess your attitude and unwillingness to pay anything outright on any of the cars you've inquired about is probably why you can't get into one, considering it's a standard lease assumption practice that buyer pays for the transfer. But by all means, keep chiming in with obnoxious comments trying to subtly criticize every assumption thread you come across.

Good Luck on the Transfer. This is an excellent deal for someone that is looking for a short term lease without a high payment. Remember, the payment includes tax which can make a big difference.

The thread was derailed for a while (it has since been edited) by a few members who were upset because I refused to pay the transfer fee for them to take over the car.
