They're standard equipment. I copied/pasted this from the document he sent and some of the individual options didn't copy over correctly. But if you look they're standard.

I'll edit to clear it up.

No cold weather package. Some of that stuff is standard - heated mirrors/seats. Heated steering wheel and headlight washers come in the Exec Package.

Pricing seems weird for leather. Full merino leather should be more expensive than extended. Yet, from this guide, it looks like extended is more expensive than full leather.

PM me your email if you want the full document. I can't promise when I'll have the time to send though if there are a lot of requests.

It looks like Adaptive M Suspension isn't standard and is $1k

This looks legit, but I doubt carbon fiber trim would be standard?

OP, thanks for posting! Maybe this should be a "temporary" sticky to hold us over

Assume these are military prices? Base price shown is about ~10% under the numbers Jason posted. Nice to see things like heated seats, nav (!), split foldown seats, and others are now standard and not added cost options.

US dealer launch car also has carbon fiber trim as standard. So I think it's safe to assume that carbon fiber trim will be standard.

Yes, military prices. But we (military) don't get a break on the options, just the base price. So this should be accurate for US options prices.

No worries!

It does look like carbon fiber trim will be a no cost option. Which is great. I paid $500 for carbon leather in my E90M! And this is real carbon fiber!

Good to know for options. Interesting that this shows $7,500 for CCBs v. $9,250 for the M5/6. Still steep but I expect more buyers will opt for since it is close(r) to the price of a good BBK.

Using US base MSRP together with military sales option sheet, my M3 came out like this.

Now, I just have to see if there will be gas guzzler tax.

Definitely will not be getting the executive package. The only thing I would want from that is comfort access. Plus, headlight washers look bad and the other included options are for people that don't know how to drive. Front and rear cameras is a little ridiculous...

Yes, I don't need most from executive package. However, comfort access and park distance control is very nice feature that I don't wanna live without.

I'm coming up with $71,700 for my build w/military base price:

Exec Package: $3900
Metallic paint: $550
Lighting Package (maybe): $1900
Extended leather (maybe): $1100
Enhanced Smartphone (maybe): $350
Parallel parking (for Europe, parking sucks): $500
M-DCT: $2900
Adaptive M suspension: $1000
Black 19" wheels: $1200
Rear sunshade (maybe): $350
Side and top-view cameras: $750

Done!

If I eliminate the maybes, go with AW (which I do like), and go for the F80, I could come in -$7k, hmmmm. About $64-65 nicely optioned.

Yeah, those headlight washers do look like ass. I want the cameras for the tight parking over here in Europe. I'm OCD about dinging an expensive (for me) car.
