I haven't had time to test this yet, but I plan to wrap the door release cable in some additional foam next time I pull my panel off. I suspect that the cable is slightly rattling back and forth between the panel and the door liner. This is because the rattling stops if I apply pressure with my elbow against the door panel.

Has anyone been able to check if there have been any TSBs posted about this?
