I've run PSS and PS4S on 19s and 20s for the last 6 years in Seattle, in Ms ranging from 420hp to 700hp+. Zero issues other than traction due to the power. Haha. Car is not my daily driver. However, I've done tons long drives up and down the passes.
Going to upgrade to something much stickier soon like PS Cup Connects or something even stickier in the 100-200tw range.
