'19 M4 lease deal! Thoughts?

Just wanted see what yal thoughts of this deal? Currently leasing a ghibli S and lease is over end of the month so gotta pull the trigger on something soon. I actually got him down to the same terms at 641/month Instead of 659. Hate to give a security deposit but pretty much had to for the deal. It is fully refundable even if the car gets totaled . Down payment of roughly 2500 includes first month payment. Thanks for your input!

Anything under $700/month and you're pretty much good to go....

Yep, that's a great deal. I couldn't get anything below $780 pre-taxed just 3 weeks ago, so you found the right dealer.

Also, is this on a Nardo Gray one? I ask because I was in touch with their sales team and they emailed me numbers very similar to yours last weekend, but it was too late as I had picked up a different car

Not to side track the thread, but I see you have a M4CS and I'm literally in the middle of negotiating one. 2020 LRG with CCB's. Sell price $91k from $119k. I'm gonna be at about mid 700's. a month. What do you think?

That's actually awesome, pretty much a downpayment of less than $1500. Is the monthly including tax?

Confused how they're discounting a 2020 by that much seeing as the incentives are about $4K lower than the 2019 and it would be tough to imagine BMW putting any trunk money on a 2020 model already....

I think you guys are mistaken on the 2020 M4CS's. Nobody is getting one of those in the $700's. It's just not possible with BMW not offering the level of incentives they are on the 2019's

based on the #'s, it looks like the MF is .00165 prior to the MSD's being applied. I'm not sure what the base July MF's are at the moment, but that was definitely June's base MF. also, if you have not signed already, aim for 12% off MSRP, but 10.8% isn't bad either. The payments pre-MSD's/Pre-taxed are $680-ish, that's decent in my book either way you slice it if you are determined to get this M4.

was comparing non-MSD payments to the MSD payments, just to wrap my head around it to take out all of the variables in leasing. If its $680 pre-taxed and pre-MSD's, thats pretty nice! Congrats! will need to link up sometime with some Tampa M3/M4 guys
