Common Issues / Repairs Sticky Thread?

I'm considering buying an M4 in the near future, and I've been poking around various sub-forums for this info, but no luck...

Does anyone know of a common repairs / issues / things to watch out for thread that covers the M4's common failures? Judging by the organization of the sub-forums, I would think it would be either in here, or the general forum -- but I couldn't find anything similar to that.

I would check:

- charge cooler
- engine radiators
- diff rear bushing
- crankshaft upgrade
- oil leaks
- ...

The issues I've read about or experienced personally are:

1. Leaking Top Mounted Intercooler
2. Leaking Coolant Reservoir
3. PCV Valve Failure/Valve Cover (Personally Experienced around 4 years and 3 months/41K miles)
4. Cracked/Leaking Rear Differential Seals
5. Cracking Radio Pre-set buttons (Personally Experienced, car is fully tinted including windshield and is not parked outside often)
6. Crankhub failure - Can be catastrophic in failure but rare.
7. Turbos leaking oil

Not so common but I've personally experienced:
8. Squeaking Brake Pedal - Ending up being a new Master Cylinder AND Brake Booster
9. Rear Back Up Camera turns black while reversing

Recently replaced valve cover and top mounted intercooler at 45K miles
