WTB: F80 M3 (6-speed, <$40k)

Hello, looking for a new driver to replace my Macan S. I miss having a manual, so I want a 6-speed F80. I've had a DCT M4 and a manual M2... I think a combo of both would be great.

No real preference for options. Would prefer Mineral or Alpine White, but most colors will do.

For $40k, I'd imagine I can get one with 50-75k miles and a clean title, so that's where I'm looking to be.

Modifications are preferred (don't want a clapped-out one though)
