Yeah, the pricing difference is substantial. While certain areas in NV aren’t cheap anymore (..e.g. Anthem, Inspirada, Summerlin, etc.), this same house in SoCal would cost substantially more. Just having to pay $1M for this house makes me grimace hard. The house I’m renting now was built in 2019, sold in early 2020. The buyer purchased it new with upgrades for mid/high-$500’s and it would easily sell for $800+ today.

A few guys have purchased from them and it’s legit. Here’s one of the threads I’m involved in on RennList. One guy just got his set shipped:

https://rennlist.com/forums/market/1392761

I spoke to Gaudin Porsche in Las Vegas and they are going to charge $250 to code for the fixed wing and code for the sport exhaust. Ontario Walter’s Porsche is charging $300-ish, so they will be my back-up location.
Hey bro, Congrats on your house. I will do the coding for you for free We supply most of the PIWIS on RL including F4bones. Just let me know what you want. 😎

Thanks bro!

F4Bones is a cool dude. Did you code his car? I just need the AeroKit fixed wing coding and the sport exhaust coding if you can do that.

Also, here are 4 of the 5 designs for the deck lid badges. I might just stick with “3.0” instead of “3.0 S” because I like the balance. Andrew is killing it!

I did not but I can ask rnlst_log. I work with him everyday. I did code a 991 fixed wing. There are additional few settings when in Sport and Sport +. F4bones has a few cool airplanes. I am following his LWBS retrofit.

I’ve seen rnlst_log’s posts around the forum. Bones’ LWBS retrofit thread is one of my favorites and it answered a lot of questions for me. I heard the 992 requires a few modules to be coded for the AeroKit wing.

We were the first one to code the Full featured Matrix lights on 992 in the EU and US. We don't require an NDA like the douchebag in Atlanta lol

It reminds me of the Gesture Control Coding I did for a few Rennlisters. Sharing is power. I post all my findings unlike other vendors. Don't listen to their BS like exclusive knowledge with PCNA. All is the work of rnlst_log.

The furniture that she’s including was/is easily $10k based on my experience at RH; I’ve spent $10k at that place myself in the last 2 months. She also built out the master closet with a “California Closets” system, shutters put in the entire house, electric shades put in over every slider in the house (…including a black-out in the master/primary bedroom), added a water softener, water filtration and had the back yard awning built by the builder. The garage is a 3-car tandem, so I’ll have SafeRacks installed on the ceiling of the garage and a cabinet built at the back of the tandem that also encloses the water softener after closing and prior to moving in. The Porsche and the V4 will have a nice lil’ area back there. The property inspection went great, and aside from a few super minor things (…weather stripping on a north side window, back fill under the A/C unit slab, a cover needed on a junction box and some minor settlement cracks), it all looks really, really good. She originally purchased around $841k and sold for $949k.
Damn dude that's a beautiful house. Congrats!

Sedan_Clan 3.0 is probably cleaner. What about 911 or S?

I considered “911”, but that’s already on the back of the car in gloss black. I wanted something that was engine specific.

Ahh…I would stick with something with the S bc god forbid someone thinks it’s a base. 😉

He’s going to 3D print a pre-production piece before all orders are sent to the machine shop, so I’ll have a better visual then. My car is also a manual and has big red brakes. That rules it out of being a base.

What about 911 S with the S offset down just a tad and take the black one off? Keep it clean and confined to that piece?

When you say, “take the black one off”, what are you referring to?

Congrats on the house! If the only thing that annoys me is houses with 2 garage spots only. That would drive me insane. 3 spot minimum.

Congrats on the home and the ability to have 3 spots for the vehicles. Here in NY it’s an already challenging task getting 2 side by side, makes me envy the states that have space at their disposal 🙂

It has been a very bad work week (…two barricaded suspects in a 3 day period) and this incident in our station lobby yesterday night really made it that much worse.
