Electric Wastegate Codes , random limp mode, then more often

F83 m4 with CTS stage 2 hybrid turbos, 4 months ago I was getting these 2 codes

123436 Electric wastegate 2, learning stop: stop position (wastegate open) outside tolerance

120408- Charging Pressure Control: Switch off as consequential action

The mechanic Used ISTA to diagnose, and suggested I get a new wastegate actuator for the rear turbo since they were 9 years old anyway. So I bought the new actuator for the rear turbo, the tolerance was off by some millimeters, he adjusted the locknuts and everything was good for a month, the code came back sporadically. This time he adjusted the locknuts for the wastegate actuator rod again and used Loctite on the nuts to keep it from loosening itself.

Now I'm getting the same 120408 code but ALSO

123432 - Electric wastegate, learning limit stop: stop position (wastegate closed) outside tolerance.


with the current CEL code, 123432 is this still the rear turbo? or front turbo? Tried checking everywhere, but no definitive answer.
