All else being equal (including the tire height), a forged 18" BMW wheel will resist damage better than the same wheel in a 19". But unless tire pinch is your concern I wouldn't shy away from the stock 19"...it's what I'm going for again. |

I highly doubt (though I'm not positive) it give that even many recent M3/5/6 wheels have not been forged. The F8x wheels are though.
