700HP M4?

Howdy, folks. I'm normally over in the M6 forum but heard something from a friend that didn't sound quite right, so I figured I'd ask the experts over here.

He's tell me of a guy he knows that claims his M4 is kicking out 700 or more HP. Is that even possible, and if so, what sort of aftermarket upgrades would be necessary? Obviously a tune, but... NOS? Meth? Water? Wouldn't upgrades to clutch pack and other drivetrain or structural elements be required? And assuming it's possible, what would it mean for reliability?

Like I said, it sounded a bit dodgy and figured I'd ask.

Short answer is yes. Longer answer would be to ask what mods they are running.

Yes, 700whp is not unheard of at all with all the upgraded turbos available on the market. I would assume it is running either vargas or pure turbos with full e85 map
