I placed my order with BMW of Cantonsville. The sales manager there use to be a salesman at BMW of SS. I've bought three BMW's (this will be my second M) from him. I got a STEAL of a price. I'm paying $250 above invoice BEFORE any incentives. I have it all in writing. My salesman at BMW of Catonsville is Benn Edwards. Nice British cap.

i would see if you can cajole them to $1500 or $1250 over invoice. or have them waive some of the BS fees they try to tack on.
this is for a confirmed allocation? what week production? and are you doing dealer delivery or PCD/ED?

agreeing to a vehicle selling price is an important aspect of a lease agreement. but there are also other just as important factors.
be wary of dealers agreeing to a low selling price, but then more than make that up with shitty MFs, for example, in the back end.

I live in Ashburn and shopped all the local dealers. Sterling was the highest. I got 7.1% off MSRP before incentives at Passport. I bought an E39 M5 from them a few years ago.
Dave Comfort Mgr, Mark White Mgr. and Ian Lawyer CA made it a very easy and nice transaction. I'm still waiting for delivery, but their post sale support been really good too. Check them out.
