Not sure about 18 or 20mm, but there are bunch of examples in the following thread. IMHO, i feel 18/20 mm will be a bit much though..

20mm gets you into vibration territory. I would advise against it. Just get the proper wheels to achieve that look.

I want the new BBS but don't want to dish out the $8K just yet. So need a temporary solution form now. Is everyone with 18 or 20 spacers reporting vibrations?

Yeah i saw a car with 20s in the rear and it was just a tad bit too much
I think 18s would look really good
