+1

To further "explain" the dull look of his car.
It's got a very conservative colour combo as well.
And missing a key signature carbonfiber roof as well...
But i think it's great, some buyers want theyr M's to be very low key.
I think it's a good step up from the E9* M.

+1 nothing to do with the wheels that front is way too ugly for my taste.

Don't worry, I'm sure IND will come out with a Hood/Bumper combo to get rid of this line and make it similar to the current E9x Hood line on the front.

We'll to me that's basically what an M4 is. I think the flared fenders really make it really stand out as an aggressive car though.

I don't think adding options is going to change the look, except the wheels obviously. Oh and it might be missing painted calipers too (either blue or gold) - hard to say for sure.

And btw if you notice, the roof isn't in CFRP too, so the combination of some parts are needed on this car
Good catch. The CFRP roof should really help the presence this photographed car is lacking.

Looked a lot more appealing in those optimized manufacturer photo shoots.

The "real world" photos make the car look like a boat with awkward proportions.

Time will tell if "real world" photos and real life are correlated.

It's a small thing, but I wish the f8x had straight cut tips instead of the slant cut ones shown here.

This is where the signature design style fails. You then have an M4 that basically looks exactly like the X5M/X6M and no one wants to drive a car that looks like a truck. Too bad the opposite is true.

The new M3 looks much better to me.

Well even the non-edited/raw YMB and SO coupe and sedan photos and videos look better than this. This color just kills every line of the car. And to be fair, this color kills the lines of the E9X too.

just to confirm. All Silverstone cars have this boring feel to them...(no offense to any owners, this is just the case.)
gotta go bold for a car like this, not Camry silver.

the m4 looks good.

Poorly taken photographs combined with dull lightning condition can kill most cars. Don't write the car off based on these images. Also, don't buy the car based purely on edited press footage. I'm sure the car will look stunning in real life. Relax!
