ED No Front Plates Upon Delivery

Hey all,
Does anyone know if the notes we leave in the car requesting for no front plates or leaving the euro plates in the car make it all the way back to the states for the dealer to see? Has anyone ever had any experience with this? I am extremely worried that my dealer will drill holes for the front plate once it reaches them since I have heard that this specific dealer usually installs front plates on every car. I have told the dealer not to drill holes, but I am afraid they won't remember, so I am planning to leave several of these notes throughout the car when I drop it off at port hoping that they will see it.

You just have to tell your SA a few times, email and verbally in person, stress that when the truck comes, pull the shipping blocks program US maps and then walk away, don't clean it don't touch anything

Do you know if the notes I leave in the vehicle (taped to the window) will make it all the way to the dealer?
