F80 delivery & winter setup

hey all,

Finally, i had picked up my MW/SO F80 on last wedesday (10th Dec, 2014), everything was pretty smooth and hassle-free. most importantly, i installed my winter tires just in time right before the light snow storm kicked-in the next day (thursday).

Here are some delivery / winter setup pics enclosed for reference. enjoy!

my f80 built:
- MW/SO
- 6 speed / Premium package / CF roof and interior / M suspension / Park assist (just want something fancy but not necessity)

Winter Setup:
- genuine 18" BBS SR019
- Yokohama W. Drive 245/45/18

Delivery:

few members on this forum PMed me in regards to winter setup, as they are expecting to receive m3/m4 within this month, hope my post can be helped for you to decide the winter setup! and dont forget, let's have a car meet some time when you have picked up yours. cheers!!

But 245/45/18 isn't that the tire size for F10?

tire size is depends on what rim you gonna get... the narrower it is, the better it cuts thru the snow. (i wish i can get 235/40/18, but the brand i want is OOS , oh well 245/40/18 works perfectly fine too )

I just looked it up ... F80 rides on taller tires than the F30. Wow, I didn't know that.
