How to display a custom image in iDrive 5.0?

So on my BMW ConnectedDrive, there was a section to upload a pic.

I uploaded one pic of my new born baby but I couldn't for the life of me find a way of how to select that image to display in the split screen of iDrive. I did hit the options button but it only shows me stuff like nav info, speed, media, etc, but nothing about that custom image that I can select it from

how would you do this?
