Take this 2020 M4 lease deal, or look for a M3 CS deal?

Hi Folks ! My current M4 lease is ending in 2 months (dealer will pay the 2 months payments)and went into the dealership to explore options. Below is the offer I was given. Would appreciate if you guys can let me know what you think of the deal. I am also reading posts on the CS deals. Would love if anyone can provide insights into it.

MSRP: $83330
Selling price: $74000 (Includes $1500 loyalty and $1500 lease rebates)
2 months remaining payments on current lease will be paid by the dealer ($1750)
Doc fees: $1899
Residual: 57
Money factor: 0.00195
VA taxes rolled in 4.1%

Monthly payment - $1122 with 0 down.

For this payment, I am thinking if I can get a CS M3. I would jump on it. Any help is appreciated !

Thank you !

Your discount is okay, might have a little more room, but not bad. Have you checked against other dealers in your area? Your MF is high, I think it's 0.00165 (someone please correct me if I'm wrong). Lease credits should be $2750 cash and $2500 loyalty for the M4, but be sure to call around and see if that is good in your region.

You can get a better deal on an M3 CS right now if you can find a dealer willing to play ball. The residuals on the M4 are always lower than the M3 and the CS is being heavily discounted up to 20%. Lease credits are $3500 and $1000 loyalty for the M3 CS.

1899 doc fee? That's the highest I've ever seen. Usually less than 500z

I'm guessing this includes the bank fee, which I've paid upfront in the past as well.

Got it. MF as mentioned is marked up. I would aim for base rate plus put down some MSDs on top.

Thanks for the feedback guys !! really appreciate it. I checked around and here is the deal I got from one of the dealers near by.

MSRP: $106295
Selling price: $92500
Rebates: $5750
Final Selling: $86750 (And he has agreed to pay remaining 2 months payments on current lease ($1750)
Residual: 57
Money factor: 0.00195

Monthly - $1011 without rolling my taxes and doc fees in.

I asked to reduce the MF to .00165 and waiting for this response.

Any suggestion pls ?

This is for an M3 CS right? I got a very similar deal back in January, but I think the deals are better now. You have some wiggle room on the selling price. Call another dealer and see if they can beat it.

That's a terrible deal. You may want to spend an hour or so on www.leasehackr.com

There's an M4CS lease deal waiting to be acquired for around high $700s in the SoCal region.

It's not that bad for a F82 CS, plus he has two payments left which are covered.

I spoke to 3 dealers and was not able to lease a LRG F82 CS for less than 1K

Lease brokers can do wonders when dealing with stubborn dealers.
