I'm the third owner. First owner leased the car from BMW of Portland and had it for ~24 months/21,000 miles. Second owner bought it from BMW Portland as well. They owned it for 18 months before I bought it from them around 28,000 miles. I've owned it since February of 2023.

I'll snap some photos of the engine bay and undercarriage this weekend. Are there specific areas of the undercarriage of interest?

I've driven the car year round myself. I'd bet the original owner did as well based on ~10K miles/year, but the 2nd owner did not as he stored it for the winter. I haven't encountered snow in it and in the area I live it is mostly liquid deicers that are used with corrosion inhibitors. I don't foresee rust being an issue anywhere on the car, but can follow up with photos this weekend.

In the Google Drive link in the 2nd post I have maintenance history, Blackstone oil reports, and the CARFAX and Autocheck reports from when I bought it.
